We had a very unexpected/last minute move and Tracy had our new house bought in 2 days and our old house sold in less than a week for the first time. I say first time because, to no fault of Tracy whatsoever, our buyer backed out of the sale. Tracy then had our house resold again in less than 5 days after that. I met Tracy when looking in Peoria Illinois for an investment property.
She was the realtor listed on a property we liked. After meeting/calling her several times over the course of a month we finally decided to go for it in Jan 2021. Tracy is also a REI on the vicinity so she was able to provide so much knowledge to us as we started our own REI journey. I feel she honestly doesn’t just want the “sale” she is looking for long-term relationships that she is proud of that produce friendships referrals and repeat business.
